Kol Israel Leadership

As mentioned, Kol Israel is made up of the two General Zionist Factions in the World Zionist Congress – World Confederation of United Zionists (CUZ) and Tnuat Hamerkaz Haliberalit Hanoar Hatzioni (TH4). Below are the members of the Kol Israel team who carry the faction forward through their work in our partner organizations and representation in the National Institutions.

David Yaari

David Yaari

David is the Chairman of the World Confederation of the United Zionists and Kol Israel – General Zionists. He is also the Founding Director General of the Arizona Israel Trade and Investment Office. David holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business. David served as a gunner in the Tank corps of the IDF and worked in Washington for Senator Dan Coats from Indiana. David currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Keren Keyemet LeYisrael (KKL)/Jewish National Fund, Israel’s Society for International Development, and Israel’s Nature and Heritage Foundation- Israel’s National Parks Service הקרן לרשות הטבע והגנים. David and his wife Sivan, founder of Innovation: Africa, live in Herzliya with their three children, Aaron, Emily, and Adam.

Fleur Hassan Nahoum

Fleur is the Secretary-General of Kol Israel. Before joining politics, Fleur worked in the Jewish nonprofit world and helmed her own communications consulting business. She served as Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem and was responsible for foreign relations, economic development, and tourism. She co-founded the UAE-Israel Business Council and the Gulf Israel Women’s Forum and recently joined the Misgav Institute for National Security and Zionist trategy as a senior fellow and sits on the international advisory council.

Esther Renzer

Esther Renzer is the co-founder and international president of StandWithUs, an Israel educational organization founded in 2001, now with offices worldwide in six continents. Esther has focused her social advocacy career on seeking big-picture solutions to issues of Jewish peoplehood, Israel and environmental issues.

Jesse Sultanik

Jesse Sultanik

Jesse Sultanik is a former chairperson of the World Confederation of United Zionists, a current member of its Board of Directors, and is currently a Director of Business Development at Argus Cyber Security, a leading provider of cybersecurity software and services for the automotive industry. Jesse is an expert in connected mobility and related regulations and standards. A former founder of an Israeli Hi-Tech firm, Jesse holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Leor Sinai

Leor Sinai

Leor Sinai is a global thought leader in the field of Education Diplomacy, a Legacy Heritage Foundation Fellow, and a Doctoral Candidate in the field of Education Leadership and currently serves as the Senior Director of Israel Education at RootOne – an ambitious new initiative of The Jewish Education Project that aims to help bring tens of thousands of N. American Jewish teens to Israel on immersive summer teen trips. Sinai has traveled around the world on speaking tours, building bridges, and motivating influential actors toward advancing global Jewish – Israel relations. In 2009 he received his Rabbinic Ordination and master’s degree at the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS). Originally from New York, Sinai made Aliyah with his family in 2011.

Yuval Nemirovsky

Yuval Nemirovsky

Yuval, born in Lima, Peru, was a longtime leader of the Zionist Youth Movement Hanoar Hatzioni. He made aliyah in 2004 and served in a special unit of the Israel Defense Forces. He taught at the Machon LeMadrichim from 2008-2011 and 2016-2019. He served as a Shaliach in Sydney, Australia, from 2012 to 2015 and later worked as the head of European and English-speaking communities for Hanoar Hatzioni upon his return to Israel. Additionally, Yuval served as Shaliach for Netzah in São Paulo, Brazil from 2019-2024. Today, Yuval leads the strategic relations of Hanoar Hatzioni.

Olga Israel serves as vice president of the Israeli applied research institute, NGO Monitor. Olga brings extensive experience in international politics and Europe-Israel relations and is an expert in advocacy and building effective strategies to address attempts to delegitimize Israel, BDS, and modern antisemitism.

Sarri Singer

Sarri Singer is the Founder and Director of Strength to Strength (www.stosglobal.org), which focuses on bringing together victims of terrorism together from around the world and assisting with long-term psychological needs. Sarri has addressed audiences throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, South America and Israel and continues to share her unique insight into the ongoing struggle for victims of terror in Israel and around the world.

Sergio Edelstein

Head, WZO Department of Pioneering Youth and Future Generations

Sergio Edelstein

Sergio Edelstein was born in Uruguay and was educated in the Jewish education system and the youth movement “Hanoar Hatzioni”, where he served as an educator and madrich. Sergio is a graduate of the Machon L’Madrichei Chutz Le’Aretz in Jerusalem. He made Aliyah in 1985 and completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Educational Management. Today, he serves as the head of the WZO Department for Pioneering Youth and Future Generations and on the Zionist Executive on behalf of Kol Israel. 

Romi Morales

Romi Morales

Romi Morales is currently Head of Education at Hanoar Hatzioni Olami. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences (UBA) and a master’s degree in Administration, Policy and Leadership in Education (HUJI). She has been teaching an “Introduction to Education” course at the Machon LeMadrihim for more than a decade and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of non-formal education within youth movements.

Rachael Risby Raz

Rachael Risby Raz

Rachael is the COO of Kol Israel. Originally from Australia and a Jerusalemite for the past 25 years, she served as the Diaspora Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel. She has also worked for organizations such as the Israeli President’s Conference (Peres), Hebre
University, Hadassah Offices in Israel, the Begin Foundation, the Jerus lem
Mayor’s office and the Trade Ministry. More recently, she was the International Relations Manager of the Tisch Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem.
