Representatives of the “World Confederation of United Zionists” slate have recently signed a long-term agreement with “Tnuat Hamerkaz Haliberalit Hanoar Hatzioni,” which officially revived the “Kol Israel – General Zionists” faction in the World Zionist Congress.
